If you are here, this means you are in for staying at the wedding venue for the week! Based on majority, we've picked the first week of June and the wedding will either be the Thursday or Friday. We are so excited to get this extra time with our closest friends in such an amazing place. Below are some images and info to get everyone excited!!! The Black Stallion is located within The Currituck Club golf community which offers access to the fitness center, beach trolley, tennis courts, and discounted golf. The home has 24 bedrooms - individually customized, in-suite bathrooms and private balconies.

Amenities of the Black Stallion include:

• Private heated pool (Entrance to pool area is protected by lockable gates)

• Separate pool house with grande (bridal) suite

• 4 full bars - including pool side tiki bar

• Primary catering kitchen and secondary catering prep kitchen

• Sauna and 2 outdoor hot tubs

• 2 pool tables, shuffle board, card table, table tennis and more!

• Multiple electric fireplaces

• Convenient access to multiple restaurants, grocery stores and bars|

• Enclosed kids play area

• The beach is 7 minutes from The Black Stallion by the Currituck Club community trolley

What is included in the rental?

Your stay includes dispensers with conditioning shampoo and body wash in every shower, hand soap dispensers in every bathroom, beds made up with fresh linens, one set of bath towels per person

How much does it cost?

For a couple in the regular king bedroom with bathroom it will be $1700 for the week. There are a few room variations that will have different costs (ie sharing rooms with multiple people or for those needing more space for kids). Please reach out you have any questions on how much your room will cost. Note that a 50% deposit will be due up front.

Where is the nearest airport? Where is the closest place to rent a car?

The closest major airport, Norfolk International Airport, is approximately 91 miles away. Most major rental car companies have cars available at Norfolk International Airport. The closest car rental company, Enterprise Rental Car, is located in Kill Devil Hills approximately 20 miles away. As we get closer to the date we can try to coordinate getting those flying to the Black Stallion the most cost effective way.
